When you sleep early, your body recharges. And it does the most of its recharging in the midst of 11:00 pm and 1:00 am. Today in this fast pacing world many of us are not actually getting a total curative and refreshing sleep during this period of a day. We’re just ignoring the diverse venerable benefits of this ‘Early to bed’ quality.

We all know that Benjamin Franklin said, ‘Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.’  But how many populaces among us obey this rule? There’s a big question mark.

In this last post of Help Me Sleep series, you will find the revered benefits which your body receives after making a habit of sleeping early and waking up early.

The benefits of Sleeping Early-

You can enjoy several benefits by fixing an early bedtime because-

It lets your body recharge. Your body does most of the recharging between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am (as said above).  Also in this period, your gallbladder chucks or dumps toxin. Remaining awake in this period can seriously disrupt your health condition because the toxin returns to your liver if you’re awake

It ensures a good health. It gives you a healthy heart, reduces stress, enhances memory, protects you from diseases, helps metabolism, boosts productivity and helps maintaining a static weight.

Helps you prevent cancer. If you get enough time to sleep in the dark, melatonin (part of your sleep-wake cycle) production increases to a great extent. And this Melatonin can make you sleep faster and also reduce the risk of developing cancer.

The benefits of Rising Early

Rising early helps you to get several health benefits because-

It helps you being exposed to sunlight more. Sunlight helps regulate your Melatonin and Serotonin (part of your sleep-wake cycle) which keeps you most alert during day-time and sleepy at night. Thus waking up early can help you sleep better and also sleep faster.

Helps you have a great breakfast. Rising early can help you enjoy a great, healthy breakfast which can boost your energy level.

It gives you the time to exercise. Sleep specialists say that exercising in the morning helps you the most when you endeavor hard to sleep at night.

It boosts your productivity. Waking up early helps you prepare for the day. It gives you a quiet environment to pray, make preparation and set your goals which you want to achieve in that particular day.

Therefore these are some of the benefits of Early Sleeping and Early Rising. Master it. You will see the results.
